Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries and complaints. Generate leads and maintain a database of customer information. Follow up with customers for feedback, payments, or additional services. Maintain daily call logs and report on activities and outcomes. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams when needed. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
