Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound calls, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily tasks include providing information about services, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer records, and following up on leads. The Telecaller will also collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or telecalling Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage Show more Show less
