Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing customers to introduce our company's services.
Present and explain the benefits and features of our services to prospective clients.
Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities.
Schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volumes and appointment setting.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of customer information in the database after each interaction.

WORK LOCATION- SECTOR -62, NOIDA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
