Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases/leads.
  • Explain property details, features, and investment opportunities clearly and convincingly.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding properties and provide accurate information.
  • Generate and qualify leads for sales teams by identifying customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to nurture leads and convert them into site visits.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales executives.
  • Update and maintain client database.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service role (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Gujarati].
  • Basic knowledge of real estate projects, property sales, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
