Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and guiding them about our services. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for client service. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries. Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients. Maintain a database of leads and update client interactions. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate with the backend team to provide timely updates to clients. Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and client conversions. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Positive attitude, confident, and persuasive personality.
