Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Navi Mumbai. As a Telecaller, you will engage with potential clients, communicate details about our services, and maintain a professional and customer-centric approach. Your daily tasks will include making outbound calls, following up on leads, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to lead generation and sales targets in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

Effective verbal communication and active listening skills to professionally interact with potential clients.
Experience in customer relationship management and client handling to build strong rapport.
Ability to meet targets and deadlines with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in tools commonly used in sales and CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in sales or telecalling roles in the digital marketing industry is advantageous.
