Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to generate leads and explain digital marketing services (SEO, social media ads, website development, etc.).
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong communication to convert prospects into customers.
  • Identify client needs, provide relevant information, and create interest in our services.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate call logs and lead details.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Good command of English and Hindi (or other regional languages as needed).
  • Strong organizational skills and target-oriented mindset.
