Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Visits Kailash, a brand dedicated to providing seamless travel and pilgrimage experiences. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages offered by Visits Kailash.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and other spiritual travel services.
• Maintain a database of customer leads and follow up regularly.
• Understand customer needs, answer questions, and guide them through booking processes.
• Schedule appointments or callbacks for the sales and operations team.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call/lead targets.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle customer objections and build rapport.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
