Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls and respond to client queries effectively. Explain products/services clearly and persuasively. Maintain and update client information in CRM or database. Generate leads and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversion of leads. Provide feedback from customers to improve services and offerings. Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum education: [10+2 / Graduation – specify if required] Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / CRM software. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
