About Vikava Labs

Vikava Labs is a brand-building ecosystem that partners with D2C and product-based businesses across fashion, lifestyle, and consumer categories. We help founders scale through strategy, sourcing, marketing, and execution support.

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and support our business development and client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective leads, clients, and partners.
• Explain company services clearly and confidently, addressing queries and building trust.
• Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Generate interest and schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into warm leads.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Collect and document client feedback to improve communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (any additional language is a plus).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
• Preferred: Background in Marketing, Business Communication, or related fields.
