📞 Telecaller 📍 Location: Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 📝 Job Description: We are looking for Tele Sales Executives to handle event-based calling campaigns. You will play a crucial role in reaching out to prospective participants, explaining event details, and ensuring maximum attendance through follow-up calls. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Call potential clients/attendees from the provided database. Explain event details clearly and persuasively. Lead Conversion: Convince leads to register or confirm attendance for upcoming events. Maintain records of interactions and responses. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads. Reconfirm participation as the event date approaches. CRM/Data Entry: Update call logs, lead status, and feedback in internal systems accurately. Coordination: Coordinate with the event/marketing team for updates and lead closures. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. 👤 Candidate Profile: Gender: Both male and female candidates can apply Age: 18 to 30 years Education: minimum 12th pass Experience: Minimum 1 year Languages: Basic English and Hindi Shift timing: 10 am to 6pm with sunday week off
