Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Loan Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful loan applications. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell personal loans, business loans, or other financial products. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly and confidently. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads received through marketing campaigns or referrals. Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the operations and verification teams for smooth loan processing. Stay updated on loan products, company policies, and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in loan sales preferred). Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Working Hours:10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
