Job Description

We are hiring Telecallers for Loan Sales who can promote and sell various loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining loan features, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products. Explain product details, eligibility, interest rates, and documents required. Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain lead records. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing and disbursement. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. Required Skills: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream. Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi / English). Basic knowledge of computers and Excel. Prior experience in loan sales, telecalling, or telesales preferred. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary + High Incentives. Training & Growth Opportunities. Supportive Team and Work Environment. Working Hours:10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
