Umang Finance is looking for energetic and target-driven Loan Executives to join our growing team. The role involves meeting customers in person, promoting loan products, generating leads, and ensuring smooth loan application processing. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers for personal, business, home, or education loans. Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and required documents. Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation. Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to the manager. Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan approvals and disbursements. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and loan awareness drives. Collect feedback and update market information to improve sales strategies. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in loan sales, field sales, or related roles (freshers may apply). Skills: Strong communication and convincing ability. Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people.
