Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain Desi Life’s products and services. Handle inbound customer queries related to products, delivery, subscriptions, complaints, etc. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and build a strong customer relationship. Update customer database, track daily calls, and share updates with the team. Convert inquiries into confirmed subscriptions or sales. Handle WhatsApp communications and basic CRM tools (training will be provided). Communicate offers, seasonal products, and referral benefits to customers. Coordinate with the delivery team and resolve basic customer issues or escalations. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in Telugu and Hindi/English. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred (Freshers can apply). Basic computer or mobile app usage knowledge (Google Sheets/WhatsApp). Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude. Must be organized, self-driven, and a team player.
