Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or captured via CRM systems Assist customers with queries, product information, pricing, and order status Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with the field sales team and provide administrative support as needed Generate daily/weekly sales reports and performance summaries Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a sales support or back office role is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
