Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products/services Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or captured via CRM systems Assist customers with queries, product information, pricing, and order status Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with the field sales team and provide administrative support as needed Generate daily/weekly sales reports and performance summaries Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a sales support or back office role is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
