Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and well-spoken female telecallers for our company. The selected candidates will be responsible for calling customers and providing information about our products and services over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products and services Answer customer queries and resolve their doubts politely Generate leads and follow up with interested customers Maintain daily call reports Coordinate with the team and support overall operations Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus) Basic computer knowledge Polite, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn Punctual and responsible Prior experience in telecalling is preferred, but freshers can also apply What We Offer: Friendly and supportive work environment Fixed salary (₹8,000 – ₹12,000) + performance-based incentives Opportunities to learn and grow within the company
