Job Title:Telecaller – Collection & Recovery Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller – Collection & Recovery Executive to follow up with customers for payment collections. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, remind customers about due or overdue payments, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments Remind customers of due dates and outstanding balances Maintain polite but firm communication for recovery follow-ups Record all interactions and payment commitments in the system Guide customers on payment options and processes Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets Escalate unresponsive or critical accounts to the senior recovery team Maintain updated records of calls, recovery status, and follow-ups Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery ethics
