Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Follow up on leads and maintain database.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions.
Keep records of calls and update CRM systems accordingly.
Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must. Additional local languages are a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
