As of now, Silver Storm Amusement Park in Athirapilly does not have a publicly listed opening for a Telecalling Executive position within their Digital Marketing department. However, based on standard industry practices, a role combining telecalling and digital marketing responsibilities would typically encompass the following: Job Title : Telecalling Executive – Digital Marketing Location : Athirapilly, Kerala Company : Silver Storm Amusement Park Educational Qualifications : Plus Two (Higher Secondary Education) Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Initiate telephonic conversations with potential and existing customers to inform them about the park's offerings, promotions, and events. Customer Engagement : Address inquiries, provide detailed information about services, and resolve any customer concerns promptly. Digital Campaign Support : Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support online campaigns, including social media promotions, email marketing, and content creation. Data Management : Maintain and update customer databases with call details, feedback, and follow-up actions. Market Research : Gather insights from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings. Qualifications and Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English. Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
