Job Description:We are looking for experienced and motivated Telecallers to join our customer support team at Shoeclinic. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling high-volume outbound calls and skilled at communicating persuasively with customers. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound customer calls on a daily basis. Generate quality leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly. Upsell and cross-sell relevant services or products as per company goals. Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on lead generation and conversions. Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems. Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in telephonic interactions. Familiarity with Domestic BPO voice process. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
