Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller Department: Sales & Client Relations Location: Bangalore Company: Seasun Group Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Seasun Group’s services.  Explain company offerings clearly and professionally to generate interest and appointments.  Maintain and update the client database with accurate contact information and call details.  Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations to convert prospects into clients.  Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client handovers.  Handle incoming calls and respond to basic client queries courteously.  Achieve daily and weekly calling or lead-generation targets.  Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients. Qualifications & Skills  Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.  Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).  Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada (additional regional languages are a plus).  Good listening and persuasion skills.  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, CRM tools).  Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
