🧾 Job Description: Tele Caller – Loan Sales (Cold Calling)Position: Tele Caller / Loan Sales Executive Department: Sales – Loan Process (Personal / Business / Home Loans) Location: [Specify Location] Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply) Type: Full-time Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Explain loan products (personal, business, home loans, etc.) and eligibility criteria. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options. Collect required information and schedule appointments for loan processing. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
