Telecaller Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Callers to join our sales team at Nesans Mining and Automation Pvt. Ltd. The role involves continuous lead follow-up, quotation preparation, and providing support to the field sales team across various regions.

Note: This is a work-from-office position based in Coimbatore. Candidates from other regions who are willing to relocate to Coimbatore are encouraged to apply.

Job Nature & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Continuously follow up with leads generated by the sales team.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers as per requirements.
• Support field sales engineers with customer coordination and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments for quotation and order processing.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and lead conversions.

Language Requirement (Region-Wise):

• Mumbai Region: Proficiency in Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage)
• Karnataka Region: Proficiency in Kannada
• Tamil Nadu Region: Proficiency in Tamil

Qualification & Skills:

• Any Degree / Diploma holders can apply.
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, ERP/CRM usage).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office – Coimbatore)

Salary: Based on experience and skill set
