Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly.

Support the sales team with appointment scheduling and lead nurturing.
Requirements:0–2 years of experience in telecalling/telemarketing.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Ability to engage prospects and handle objections politely.
Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling experience is a plus.
