Job Title: Telecaller Location: Sadashiv Peth , Pune Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time Department: Sales Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound calls, communicate with customers, and promote our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or generate sales leads. Explain product features, prices, and benefits to customers. Maintain customer database and update records with call details and feedback. Follow up with interested customers to close sales or resolve issues. Achieve monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information and maintain company reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign improvements. Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Good command over [English/Hindi/Regional language – as applicable]. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
