Job Description

Make outbound calls to customers regarding financial products such as loans, credit services, and other financial solutions. Explain product details clearly and professionally to customers and assist them with queries. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Collect, verify, and update customer information in the system accurately. Complete all documentation and file processing related to customer applications. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth approval of files. Resolve customer issues politely and escalate cases when necessary. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage computer-based tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
