Role: Telecaller – Real Estate Division

As a Telecaller, you will be the first voice of Vijayadhaya to potential customers. Your job is to connect, build rapport, explain our projects, and schedule appointments or site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided through digital campaigns or inquiries.
• Brief prospects about ongoing real estate projects like Vaigai Enclave.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plot or villa options.
• Maintain a daily call report and follow up with interested leads.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Update CRM systems and maintain lead status.

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers & Experienced Telecallers are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil (English & Hindi are added advantages).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
• A positive, confident, and convincing attitude.
• Prior experience in real estate or tele-sales is a plus.

Work Timing:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | 6 Days a Week
