Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives. Manage and report on advertising budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within Meta and Google ecosystems. Qualifications 6 months of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads. Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager. Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, tag managers, and attribution models. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strong understanding of customer funnels, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with other platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Ads). Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-gen focused businesses.
