· Calling active and budding clients
· Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
· Noting important details of each conversation
· Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to sales team for closing
· Data management for all leads & sales
Telecaller Requirements:
· Prior experience as a tele-caller is a must
· Computer literate & good knowledge of excel data management
· Fluent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
· Ability to switch your communication style on a whim
· Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
· Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it
