Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about properties, and generating leads. The Telecaller will also maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions, follow up on inquiries, and assist in scheduling property visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Experience in lead generation and cold calling
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and documentation is a plus
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred
