Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Telly Caller with a strong background in telesales or telemarketing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups and persuasion.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead-generation campaigns.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a telesales representative or similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets over the phone.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in [Insert Required Languages – e.g., Hindi, English].
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and telecalling tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or graduate degree in any field preferred.
