We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller with B2C sales experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our services, and converting leads into admissions or product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2C) from the provided database.
- Explain product/service features and benefits in detail.
- Convince and convert leads into customers.
- Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2C telecalling or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
- Target-driven and persuasive.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
