Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for , explaining healthcare services, booking appointments, and assisting with follow-ups or inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients and clients for appointment scheduling, reminders, or health program enrollments.

Provide information about medical services, wellness plans, teleconsultations, lab tests, or health check-up packages.

Handle inbound calls and address queries regarding healthcare services.

Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM with call outcomes.

Follow up with potential leads or patients for service confirmation.

Collaborate with the medical, lab, or support teams for smooth coordination.

Ensure complete confidentiality and sensitivity while handling patient data.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation in any stream preferred.

Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or teleconsultation calling is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English + Local Language.

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).

Polite, patient-focused, and empathetic attitude.

Ability to explain health-related services in simple, reassuring terms.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
