Role & Responsibilities: • Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets. • Be the first point of contact for all course related inquiries (online/offline). • Counsel students and parents about available courses and help convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. • Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed course information. • Schedule demo lectures and center visits to encourage course enrollment. • Ensure timely collection of fees as per the agreed schedule. • Maintain student records and follow up for closures. • Generate referrals from existing students and build a strong student network. Skills Required: • Prior experience in sales or counselling in the education sector preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and basic computer tools. • A self-motivated and target-driven attitude. • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. • Presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-friendly demeanor. Preferred Candidate Profile: We’re looking for confident and well spoken individuals who can create a positive first impression, especially with walk in prospects. Smart appearance and strong English communication skills will be an advantage.
