Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for visa, study abroad, or immigration services.
• Explain services and processes clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Schedule appointments for counselors or managers when required.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales or counseling team for smooth client handling.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism and courtesy in all client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or a customer support role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Prior experience in the immigration, education, or travel sector will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
