Job Description

Telecaller / Customer Renewal Executive We are looking for a confident Telecaller (Male) to connect with existing and potential customers, explain our product, and convince them for plan renewals. The role involves handling calls and WhatsApp communication and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Call customers to explain product benefits and close renewals Handle customer communication via phone and WhatsApp Answer basic product and plan-related queries Follow up with customers and maintain call records Coordinate with internal teams when required Requirements Male candidate only 1–3 years experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales Good communication in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus) Basic stock market knowledge is an advantage
