Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Backend Executive to support our loan processing operations. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, bankers, and management to ensure smooth loan documentation and timely disbursals. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to collect required documents for loan applications (LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.). Verify and organize client documents for submission to bankers. Regularly follow up with bankers to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans. Communicate updates, queries, or document requirements between bankers and clients. Maintain and update loan application status in internal records or CRM systems. Provide daily reports and updates to the management on loan status, issues, and approvals. Support front-end sales executives by ensuring backend processing is smooth and efficient. Ensure all documentation complies with bank and regulatory standards. Handle any post-disbursal documentation or coordination. Key Skills Required: Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of loan documents and processing workflow. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic digital tools. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
