Job Description

Interact with clients both in person and over phone calls, ensuring a positive and informative experience.  Attend to clients visiting the office for shoots and provide them with complete details about our services.  Effectively communicate service offerings and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments.  Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.  Build and maintain formal relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery.  Coordinate and manage shoot schedules for registered clients.  Maintain accurate and organized client records for easy reference and tracking.  Make outbound calls to prospective clients using hot leads shared by the company to insure clients visit for shoot.  Conduct timely follow-up calls and coordinate shoot-related communication.  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports consistently.  Support the team with additional responsibilities or tasks as required
