The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan and overdraft products, and converting leads into successful applications through telephonic conversations. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan and overdraft products. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial solutions. Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and process clearly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely loan disbursement. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated with product features, loan policies, and RBI/Company guidelines. Handle customer objections and resolve queries efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or financial product sales (preferably in loans, banking, or NBFCs). Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are an advantage). Basic understanding of personal loan and overdraft products. Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
