Job Description

A Telecaller's primary role is to make and receive phone calls to engage with potential or existing customers on behalf of a company, often to promote products or services, gather information, or generate sales. Key Responsibilities: Initiating calls to potential customers to introduce products, services, or offers, and explain their features and benefits.  Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.  Identifying potential leads, nurturing them through informative calls, and following up to convert them into customers.  Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and building relationships with clients.  Maintaining call logs, preparing reports on sales activities, and providing feedback to the team or management.
