Process:- Telesales Officer (30 Openings) Location:Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai Position Summary: We are hiring Telesales Officers with proven telesales experience to join our growing team at Star Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting health insurance products over the phone, converting leads into customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote health insurance policies. Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance product recommendations. Follow up on leads and ensure proper follow-through. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales data. Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process. Candidate Requirements:Education: HSC / Graduate Experience: Mandatory telesales experience Freshers will not be considered Must submit Offer Letter and Experience Letter Languages: Marathi (Mandatory) Hindi and English Age Limit: Up to 30 years Job Details:Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational weekly off Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 in-hand per month (Up to ₹4 LPA based on experience and performance) Perks & Benefits:Fixed day shifts – no night shifts Growth opportunities within the organization Attractive incentives for high performers How to Apply:📞 Contact HR Pratiksha at:- 8698488197
