Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller/Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, converting them into opportunities, and closing sales through telecalling. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Conversion: Proactively identify and generate leads through outbound calling. Effectively present and promote products/services to potential customers. Engage with leads, address inquiries, and nurture them through the sales funnel. Sales Closure: Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Negotiate and finalize deals over the phone. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Follow-ups: Follow up with potential customers regularly to ensure timely closures. Re-engage with leads who expressed interest but did not convert. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system. Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the manager.
