Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up:Regularly follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to maintain a strong relationship.
  • Target Achievement:Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Industry Knowledge:Stay updated with market trends and developments in the transport and logistics industry.
  • CRM Management:Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and track sales activities.
  • Communication:Effectively communicate with customers, both internal and external, using clear and professional language.
