Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, responsible for understanding their needs, providing detailed information about our projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role is crucial in creating a positive initial impression and guiding prospective buyers through the early stages of their home-buying journey. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction:Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins, online leads) promptly and professionally. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties. Provide comprehensive information about projects, including layouts, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects. Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers. Lead Management:Qualify leads based on set criteria and maintain a robust lead pipeline. Update and manage customer data in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner. Nurture leads through regular follow-ups via calls, messages, and emails. Sales Support:Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns and promotions. Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to contribute to sales and marketing strategies. Product Knowledge:Maintain an in-depth understanding of all company projects, their unique selling propositions (USPs), and competitive advantages. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Achieve Targets:Work towards achieving pre-defined lead generation and conversion targets.
