Office Cum Pantry Boy

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Boy cum Pantry Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment and ensuring the efficient operation of our pantry services. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent support to our staff and visitors. Responsibilities:Office Support:. Assist with the setup of meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, tables, and ensuring AV equipment is ready. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and workstations. Handle basic maintenance tasks and report any significant issues to the appropriate department. Assist with the movement of office furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed. Run errands outside the office as required (e.g., banking, postal services, purchasing office supplies). Pantry Services: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area, including kitchen appliances, countertops, and utensils. Monitor and replenish pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, and disposable items. Wash and store dishes, cups, and cutlery efficiently. Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation in the pantry and office areas. Assist with the ordering and stocking of pantry inventory.
