They also build relationships with customers, and maintain positive communication. Documenting interactions: Telecallers document customer interactions, including call details, queries, and responses. They also submit daily progress reports. Following guidelines: Tele callers adhere to organizational guidelines and communication scripts. They also comply with regulatory and legal guidelines for tele calling. Meeting goals: Tele callers set and work towards individual and team sales goals. Staying updated: Tele callers stay updated with market trends. Interacting with customers: Tele callers interact with customers via various channels, including live chat, email, social media, and direct calls.
