Telecaller

As a Telecaller at Felicity Group, you will play a crucial role in our sales and customer service operations. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients via telephone to inform them about our real estate services, answer their inquiries, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Your goal will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our company. Responsibilities: Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce them to our real estate services. Provide information about available properties, promotions, and incentives. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Identify and qualify leads from various sources. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our sales team. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred. Basic knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
