Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our sales/support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products/services, and maintain customer relationships by providing timely and accurate information. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers Explain products or services clearly and confidently Handle customer queries and provide solutions professionally Maintain records of conversations and update customer information in the database Follow up on leads and convert them into sales (if sales-based role) Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned Work closely with the sales or customer service team Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Polite, confident, and persuasive in speech Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Previous telecalling or BPO experience is a plus. Should be able to work on excel. Job timeing 10:30 to 6:30
