Job Description

SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000/month Experience: 1–3 years in sourcing, IndiaMART, Alibaba Role Summary: Identify vendors from India/China, negotiate prices, maintain quality, and coordinate imports. Responsibilities: • Research suppliers on Alibaba, 1688 (through agent), IndiaMART • Collect quotations, negotiate prices & MOQs • Coordinate sample orders & QC • Prepare cost sheets & landing cost calculations • Track shipments and delivery timelines • Maintain vendor scorecard • Create documentation for import (PI, packing list, invoice) Skills: • Strong negotiation • Good in Excel & costing • Knowledge of import duties & GST preferred • Good English & WhatsApp communication
